Many people craft bump hammers themselves or simply use found items such as screwdriver handles, butter knives, etc. There’s nothing wrong with that if it works for you… but bumping sure does seem to work better with a proper hammer. This is a fine one, with just enough flex in the handle and no small weights needing to be added to or removed from the head.
